How the included application works, and what remains your responsibility.

This is the product’s baseline usage notice. Before accepting live customers or payments, the deployment owner must supply its legal identity, support contact, applicable jurisdiction, cancellation and refund terms, and any mandatory consumer disclosures. This page does not invent those details.

Using the editor

ShotFleet helps create app marketplace screenshot assets. You may try the guest editor, create an account, upload your own screens and save projects. Keep your login credentials secure and use only images, fonts and text you have permission to process and publish.

Your content and sample designs

You retain your rights in the content you upload. The application needs to store and render that content to provide the requested project and export functions. App collections recreate screenshot layouts from the store listings linked in each set. Replace sample content with truthful screenshots of your own app before publishing.

Do not upload unlawful content, private information without permission, malicious files or material that infringes someone else’s rights. Store screenshots must accurately represent the app and comply with the target marketplace’s requirements.

Free access

All projects, supported device sizes, languages and repeat exports are currently free. There is no checkout, subscription or export access window. File-size, storage and processing limits still apply; see what’s included.

Connected assistants

You may connect an MCP client using your ShotFleet account. The client can read or change the projects and library items you authorize, inspect rendered previews and request exports. You can revoke connections at any time. Your external assistant’s model usage is governed by its own provider account and terms.

Historical orders

Previously recorded transactions and receipts remain available in your account history. Free exports do not consume any unactivated historical purchase. This release does not start new payments.

Review before publishing

Generated dimensions and layout checks assist your workflow. They do not certify translation quality, accessibility, compliance, conversion performance or acceptance by Apple or Google. Review the final images and the current store requirements before upload. The application does not automatically publish screenshots to a marketplace.

Availability and backups

Save your editable projects and download important completed exports. This installation depends on its server, storage and backup configuration. A browser-only draft can be lost when site data is cleared. No service-level or indefinite storage commitment is included in this baseline notice.

Account and project management

Project archiving removes a project from the active workspace without necessarily deleting its stored files. The deployment administrator manages accounts and platform availability. A public operator must provide an account deletion and support process appropriate to its service and applicable law.

Changes to the service

Templates and technical product limits can be configured by the operator. Any future pricing changes will be shown before a purchase. Nothing in this baseline notice is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Read the privacy notice for a description of data handling.
